Our shipping schedule is as follow:
- Orders placed before 02:00 pm CST on (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 02:00 pm CST on (Monday-Thursday) are shipped next day (morning).
- Orders placed after 02:00 pm CST on Friday will be shipped on next business day.
We provide free shipping on all US orders over $500 paying full website price. Shipping charges vary based on your location and the weight of your order. We take no responsibility for city/state/country laws and regulations regarding e-cigarette transportation services which may result in overcharges, delays or withholding of package. Claims of any nature must be reported to the WWV team within 48 hours of delivery:
- Eligibility to get replacements &/or returns is only valid within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All replacements &/or returns require original packaging & original invoice for processing.
WWV also offers shipping insurance:
- If you choose to avail this option WWV will cover costs for any damages incurred during shipping.
- If you choose not to avail our shipping insurance WWV will not be held liable for any damages occurred during shipping.
